Ino Loukidou

I am a 4th year graduate student at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Chicago.

Previously, I did my undergrad degree in Greece, at the University of Athens.

Research

I'm mathematically intersted in geometry and topology. In my everyday life, I most usually deal with sphere-filling curves, 3-manifolds, and Expanding Thurston maps. My advisor is Danny Calegari.

Music

I play the guitar since I was 6. I went to the Music High School of Pallini and in 2021 I got my degree from the National Conservatory of Greece, under the instruction of Astrinos Karagiorgakis.
