I'm a second-year math PhD student at the University of Chicago. My advisor is Benson Farb. My current research deals with smooth 4-manifolds and particularly their mapping class groups.
I also enjoy playing the piano, hiking/backpacking, reading fiction and non-fiction (especially history), and learning languages.
