My name is Daniel Minahan and I am an NSF Postdoc and L.E. Dickson Instructor at the University of Chicago. My sponsoring scientist is Benson Farb. Previously, I was a grad student in the School of Mathematics at Georgia Tech. My advisor was Dan Margalit. I am interested in geometric group theory, algebraic geometry and low dimensional topology. Outside of math, I enjoy puzzles, cooking, lifting, and board games.
