Dannin Eccles

I'm a first year Mathematics Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago.

Some of the topics I enjoyed thinking about during my undergraduate education in New Zealand include C*-algebra representations of semigroups, link invariants, particularly Khovanov homology, and topological K-theory.

Outside of mathematics, I enjoy playing chess, snowboarding, and reading literature in economic dynamics. Prior to beginning my Ph.D., I completed a master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
