Jeffrey Manning


I am currently a 6th year Ph.D. student in mathematics at the University of Chicago.

I am interested in number theory and algebraic geometry. I am primarily studying modular forms and Shimura curves, with an emphasis on automorphy lifting theorems.

My advisor is Matthew Emerton.

Starting Summer 2018, I will be a Hedrick Assistant Professor (i.e. postdoc) at UCLA.
