All prospective students for the 7-9 component must attend the first day of the program, January 14th, to take a diagnostic exam. We will select students based on the results of this exam. Decisions will be mailed out ASAP. No make-up exams will be given, so new students must attend on January 14th.
New students for the 10-12 component do not take a diagnostic, but must attend the first day, January 14th. Participants in the 10-12 component must have completed or be currently enrolled in a geometry course.
Returning students should also attend on January 14th for the first session of YSP.
YSP runs from 9:30 AM to noon for the 7-9 component and from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the 10-12 component. The diagnostic will start at 9:30 AM and students will be given an hour and a half to complete the exam; all test-takers are welcome to join us for the rest of the day.
